After spending two decades serving children with disabilities around the world, our founder felt called to create a place close to home — a sanctuary where faith, compassion, and horses come together to meet the unique needs of every child. Rooted in Christian values, Harvey’s Stables was born out of a desire to show kids that they are accepted exactly as they are. We’ve seen firsthand how the emotional wounds caused by exclusion and struggle can begin to heal when children are given the chance to connect, ride, and care for these amazing animals. We also believe in equipping others — from parents to missionaries — with the tools and training to take this work further into their own communities.
